What is the penalty for an underage consumption in Nashville?
i recently received an underage consumption in Nashville, TN i was wanting to know what would happen if i pleaded no contest? I’m currently being prosecuted in Knoxville, TN for a DUI, but the lady said that charges don’t carry over counties (knoxville won’t affect nashville) i will also most likely have the dui dropped. I really don’t want to spend the money on getting another attorney for the underage consumption and since i live in Knoxille and not Nashville i thought the judge would be a little more lenient.
The MIP will be a fine and probation, usually some type of community service but probably not with you living in Knoxville. However whoever told you the charges do not carry over are wrong, a DUI is a state charge not county but if it has not been adjudicated yet it should not be a problem.}{
