DUI in Kansas City, Kansas?
my friend got arrested for dui and he got to go to court. My question is that what if he does not want to hire attorney, what will happen?
He just came from out of country. not have much money.
He pleads “nolo contendre ” for first time offense. No attorny needed.
Pretty standard offense and plea, They will run him thru the system pretty quick.
If he is not here legally then that’s a BIG problem.
